There is no way to get information via traci about a vehicle which is not in the simulation anymore. You could add a stop to the end of the route or just store the last distance you noticed. A differe...

I think the concept you are refering to is called signal groups in SUMO. You can open up netedit and group the connections you would like to join into a group by choosing "group signals".
