I think, linphone-android-sdk isn't accept third party accounts for incoming calls. That isn't true, but without logs it will be hard to tell you what's wrong in your project. Cheers,

This issue was caused by Queue no answer off setting. Asterisk accept call but there are no free agent so operator start count time without real conversation.

SO my problem was in the Virtual Box settings. it did not allow the VM to connect. I solved it by: Open settings in Virtual Box -> Network -> Attached to and choose Bridge Adapter from drop down...
