fluent-bit logstash elastic configuration for parsing AKS containerd logs

After we moved to azure ( AKS ) our logstash fluent-bit EFK parsing for logs stopped working. I narrowed it down to due to our nodes using containerd which saves the log with a date in the format below:

2021-02-11T15:17:24.366452645Z stdout F {"level":30......}

Before moving to azure the format was just

{"level":30}

This has caused our logstash parser not being able to parse the logs anymore. I assume it is because it's not JSON format anymore. Here is my config for the fluent-bit:

I tried changing the parser to this:

  input-kubernetes.conf: |
    [INPUT]
        Name              tail
        Tag               kube.*
        Path              /var/log/containers/*_default_*.log
        DB                /var/log/flb_kube.db
        Parser            cri
        Mem_Buf_Limit     5MB
        Skip_Long_Lines   On
        Refresh_Interval  10

    [PARSER]
        # http://rubular.com/r/tjUt3Awgg4
        Name cri
        Format regex
        Regex ^(?<time>[^ ]+) (?<stream>stdout|stderr) (?<logtag>[^ ]*) (?<message>.*)$
        Time_Key    time
        Time_Format %Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%S.%L%z

However this just manages to remove the date and stdout string, but it does not get parsed correctly with logstash.

How should I go about it? Is the only solution changing the nodes?
