I am facing an issue with my client's WordPress website. I am using a plugin fluent forms pdf generator but as I go to download the pdf this error comes up

"Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ">= 7.1.0". There has been a critical error on this website."

I am unable to resolve this. Anyone here who can resolve this error for me. It will be appreciated.
