Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Self-Employed Recruiter to join us. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for talent acquisition, a strong network, and the ability to identify exceptional candidates across various industries. As a self-employed recruiter, you will work independently to source, engage, and place candidates into client roles while earning 50% commission for each successful placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to identify and attract top talent.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and cultural fit.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening processes, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for positions.
- Managing the Placement Process: Guide candidates through the interview process and negotiate job offers, ensuring a smooth transition to employment.
- Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive hiring practices to better serve clients and candidates.
- Networking: Attend industry events and leverage professional connections to expand your network and improve candidate sourcing.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidates and placements in the recruitment database and provide regular updates to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment or staffing (agency or in-house experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and online platforms for sourcing candidates.
