This role operates on a commission-only basis. You will receive 50% of the placement fee for each successful hire you make. High-performing recruiters have the potential to earn over £55 000 per year based on their placement activity.


 

 

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Self-Employed Recruiter to join us. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for talent acquisition, a strong network, and the ability to identify exceptional candidates across various industries. As a self-employed recruiter, you will work independently to source, engage, and place candidates into client roles while earning 50% commission for each successful placement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to identify and attract top talent.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and cultural fit.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening processes, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for positions.
  • Managing the Placement Process: Guide candidates through the interview process and negotiate job offers, ensuring a smooth transition to employment.
  • Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive hiring practices to better serve clients and candidates.
  • Networking: Attend industry events and leverage professional connections to expand your network and improve candidate sourcing.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidates and placements in the recruitment database and provide regular updates to clients.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or staffing (agency or in-house experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and online platforms for sourcing candidates.
