Work Form: Fully-onsite 5x per week, Permanent – Full-time

Salary: £ 45000


Our client is within the property investment sector looking to enhance their platform powered by AI and
human expertise, streamline asset selection, valuation, strategic transformation, property and letting
management.


They are looking for a talented Frontend Developer with a strong background in React and TypeScript to
join our development team. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with Next.js and
Material-UI, and it would be advantageous if they have some familiarity with tRPC and React Query.
Knowledge and experience in AWS are also highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain top-notch web applications utilizing ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Create and optimize components with Next.js and Material-UI to ensure a smooth user
experience.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers for seamless API and service integration.
• Implement state management and data fetching strategies using tRPC and React Query.
• Assess the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and enhance applications for peak performance
and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Engage in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to team members.
• Keep up with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development.


Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience as a Frontend Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Next.js and Material-UI.
• Familiarity with tRPC and React Query is advantageous.
• Knowledge of AWS services and cloud deployment.
• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in central London five days a week.


Bonus Points:
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
